Artists Statement: The visual appeal of the simple square twisted in my mind and became the inspiration for this original designed piece. It started with the angled groove that holds the wine bottle.The 45 degree twist and angle became the theme throughout the piece. It can be seen in the rack, the diamond opening on the front and the positioning of the legs as you look straight on. It’s a very functional and also aesthetically pleasing wine cabinet incorporating two well admired contrasting woods.
