At the start of the year, SAWS member Ryan Andrusky was fortunate enough to have received a scholarship to attend the first ever "Wonder of Wood: Marquetry and Inlay" conference. This event brought together some of the best woodworkers from around the world to share what they have learned and discovered in the world of inlay and marquetry. For our September 21st meeting, Ryan will be sharing pictures from the three days of talks, plus a special trip to the Philadelphia Museum of the Arts and the special exhibition they had on display all through out the conference.
