SAWS Shop Tours

Often the most liked and anticipated meeting of the year. Come and see the shops that your fellow members use to create their amazing projects.

8:00 - 8:30 a.m.

• Morning coffee and Zoom shop tour (only on Zoom).

• Presented by Ron Critchlow (Sherwood Park).

8:30 - 9:00 a.m.

• Travel time to the lower Shaganappi Trail NW area.

9:00 - 9:45 a.m.

• Don Smillie invites SAWS members to check out his workshop.

9:45 - 10:00 a.m.

• Travel time to Hawkwood NW.

10:00 - 10:45 a.m.

• Visit Masoud Sahebkar’s workshop.

10:45 - 11:00 a.m.

• Travel time to SAIT campus.

11:00 - 11:45 a.m.

• Visit the Cabinet Making Shop at SAIT, located in the Thomas Riley Building on the SAIT campus.

11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• A break for lunch and travel time to the final shop tour of the day, in the Lake Bonavista area of SE Calgary.

1:00 - 1:45 p.m.

• Visit Gary Gunthorpe's workshop.

• Wrap up of the workshop tours.
