A small group of Southern Alberta Woodworker Society (SAWS) members had another chance to learn marquetry fundamentals recently.

Fourteen Marquetry/Parquetry enthusiasts, including: beginners, serious hobbyists and some Alberta Marquetry legends, contributed squares to the medley. It is an example of what a group of people can accomplish when they work together.

Tam Godfrey invited SAWS members into his shop to learn parquetry and marquetry.
